HANOVER-HORTON THEATER CO.

When Jackson College was JCC and had a theatre department, they hosted one-act competitions for all schools in Jackson County.  HH Theatre Company was a participant in these festivals, and did a marvelous job, taking home numberous trophies and awards.  One of our plays was chosen from a published theatre company; however, two of our plays were written and one was student-directed by HH Theatre Co's own Tyler Denig.

In our first play, The Prince's Cobbler, HH took 3rd place overall.  We were also complemented on our stage makeup - the judges said that they often didn't see college theatre students do better than we did.

Both Tyler Denig and Travis Batterson were named best actors in Jackson County.
